Diclofenac
雙氯芬酸
Mechanism of action:
Diclofenac 是一種苯乙酸類（phenylacetic acid）衍生物。Diclofenac 能抑制環氧化酶（cyclooxygenase，COX），COX-1 與 COX-2，進而減少前列腺素（prostaglandin）生成，最後降低前列腺素介導的發炎訊號與痛覺敏感化。
