Didanosine

Mechanism of action:

Didanosine 是一種核苷類反轉錄酶抑制劑（nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor），屬於去氧肌苷（deoxyinosine）衍生物。Didanosine 在細胞內會被代謝為 dideoxyadenosine triphosphate（ddATP），與 dATP 競爭結合 HIV 病毒的反轉錄酶，但由於 didanosine 缺乏 3'-OH 基團，導致病毒反轉錄終止。
