Diethylcarbamazine

乙胺嗪
Mechanism of action:
Diethylcarbamazine 是一種哌𠯤(piperazine)衍生物。Diethylcarbamazine 的確切機制尚未完全明瞭,但可能使微絲蟲(microfilaria)表面結構受損,改變絲蟲表面膜通透性,促進宿主免疫系統辨識與清除。此外,也可能影響花生四烯酸(arachidonic acid)的代謝,抑制寄生蟲防禦宿主免疫反應的能力,使宿主的吞噬細胞(macrophage)與嗜酸性球(eosinophil)能更有效攻擊寄生蟲。
