Diethylstilbestrol

己烯雌酚

Mechanism of action:

Diethylstilbestrol 是一種已經廣泛停用的合成非類固醇雌激素（synthetic non-steroidal estrogen）。Diethylstilbestrol 可與體內的雌激素受體（estrogen receptors，ERα/ERβ）結合，模仿天然雌激素（如雌二醇，estradiol）活化下游基因表達。這些基因調控影響生殖道組織、乳房、腦下垂體、肝臟等多種組織。Diethylstilbestrol 被國際癌症研究機構（IARC）歸為第一類（Group 1）致癌物。
