Diflunisal
二氟尼酸
Mechanism of action:
Diflunisal 是一種水楊酸（salicylic acid）衍生物。Diflunisal 能可逆性抑制環氧化酶（cyclooxygenase，COX），COX-1 與 COX-2 的活性，阻止花生四烯酸（arachidonic acid）轉化為前列腺素（prostaglandins）與血栓素（thromboxanes），進而降低前列腺素介導的發炎、疼痛與發燒相關反應。
