Dinoprostone
地諾前列酮
Mechanism of action:
Dinoprostone 是一種前列腺素 E₂（prostaglandin E₂）的合成型衍生物，屬於子宮頸成熟與子宮收縮誘導劑（cervical ripening and uterotonic agent）。Dinoprostone 與子宮頸及子宮平滑肌細胞表面的前列腺素 E 受體（EP receptors）結合，特別是 EP₂、EP₃ 與 EP₄。之後增加膠原酶與基質金屬蛋白酶（matrix metalloproteinase，MMP）表達，促進分解子宮頸基質中的膠原纖維；也增加醣胺聚醣（glycosaminoglycan）與水分含量，使子宮頸組織變得柔軟、鬆弛與可擴張。
