Dosulepin

Mechanism of action:

Dosulepin 是一種三環抗憂鬱藥（tricyclic antidepressant）。Dosulepin 可抑制突觸前神經對血清素（serotonin，5-HT）與正腎上腺素（norepinephrine）的回收，增加突觸間血清素與正腎上腺素的濃度，進而調節與情緒相關的中樞神經傳導功能。
