Doxazosin
多沙唑嗪
Mechanism of action:
Doxazosin 是一種選擇性 α₁-腎上腺素受體拮抗劑（selective α₁-adrenergic receptor antagonist）。Doxazosin 選擇性阻斷週邊動脈與靜脈平滑肌的 α₁ 受體，使血管舒張、外週阻力下降、血壓降低，但不影響 α₂ 受體。此外，攝護腺與膀胱頸富含 α₁A 受體，doxazosin 阻斷後可減少尿道阻力、降低下泌尿道阻塞相關張力。
