Doxepin

Mechanism of action:

Doxepin 是一種三環抗憂鬱藥（tricyclic antidepressant）。Doxepin 主要抑制血清素（serotonin，5-HT）與正腎上腺素（norepinephrine）的回收，使兩者在突觸間濃度上升，進而調節與情緒與焦慮相關的中樞神經傳導功能。
