氟哌利多
Mechanism of action:
Droperidol 是一種多巴胺 D₂ 受體拮抗劑(dopamine D₂ receptor antagonist),屬於丁醯苯類(butyrophenone)衍生物。Droperidol 主要阻斷中樞多巴胺 D₂ 受體,特別是位於延腦的化學受體觸發區(chemoreceptor trigger zone,CTZ)。Droperidol 阻止多巴胺活化化學受體觸發區所引起的嘔吐反射,降低噁心與嘔吐反射的啟動。Droperidol 同樣能阻斷邊緣系統與中腦邊緣通路(mesolimbic pathway)的 D₂ 受體,抑制多巴胺作用,產生鎮靜與抗躁動等中樞效應,並可能影響精神症狀相關路徑。
