Drospirenone

屈螺酮

Mechanism of action:

Drospirenone 是一種合成黃體製劑（synthetic progestin），屬於螺內酯（spironolactone）的衍生物。Drospirenone 藉由模仿孕酮（progesterone）的作用，抑制下視丘-垂體-性腺軸（HPG axis），阻止濾泡刺激素（FSH）與黃體成長激素（LH）的分泌，使排卵受到抑制；同時使子宮內膜變薄、子宮頸黏液增稠，阻止精子穿透，降低受精機率。此外，drospirenone 也是雄激素受體拮抗劑，能抑制皮脂腺活性、降低痤瘡與多毛的相關表現。
