Edoxaban

艾多沙班

Mechanism of action:

Edoxaban 是一種直接性凝血因子 Xa 抑制劑（direct factor Xa inhibitor）。在凝血過程中，凝血因子 Xa 負責將凝血酶原（prothrombin）轉化為凝血酶（thrombin），凝血酶可將纖維蛋白原（fibrinogen）轉化為纖維蛋白（fibrin），使血栓形成。Edoxaban 可逆性地抑制凝血因子 Xa 的功能，降低凝血酶生成與纖維蛋白形成，從而降低血栓形成機率。
