Mechanism of action:

Efavirenz 是一種非核苷類反轉錄酶抑制劑（non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor）。Efavirenz 不與病毒反轉錄酶的核苷酸結合位點競爭，而是結合在反轉錄酶的疏水性變構區域，使反轉錄酶構形與催化活性下降，進而抑制病毒複製。
