Enoxaparin

依諾肝素

Mechanism of action:

Enoxaparin 是一種低分子量肝素（low molecular weight heparin）。Enoxaparin 會與抗凝血酶 III（antithrombin III）結合，增強對凝血因子 Xa（factor Xa）的抑制作用，使凝血因子 Xa 無法將凝血酶原（prothrombin）轉化為凝血酶（thrombin），阻斷了之後纖維蛋白（fibrin）的形成，降低血栓形成機率。
