Ergonovine

麥角新鹼

Mechanism of action:

Ergonovine 是一種子宮收縮劑與血管收縮劑，屬於麥角鹼類（ergot alkaloid）衍生物。Ergonovine 對血清素 5-HT₂A 受體具有促效作用，促使平滑肌收縮，在子宮中可引起持續的子宮收縮，並可使子宮血管受壓與血流動態改變。Ergonovine 亦可刺激 α₁ 腎上腺素受體（α₁-adrenoreceptor），導致週邊與冠狀動脈血管收縮。
