紅黴素
Mechanism of action:
Erythromycin 是一種巨環內酯類抗生素(macrolide antibiotic),作用於細菌的 50S 核糖體亞基,與 23S rRNA 鄰近肽鏈出口通道的區域結合,阻止轉位(translocation)與肽鏈延長,使細菌的蛋白質合成無法進行,導致細菌生長停滯。
