Esmolol

艾司洛爾

Mechanism of action:

Esmolol 是一種選擇性 β₁ 腎上腺素受體阻斷劑（β₁-selective β-blocker）。β₁ 受體主要分布於心臟，esmolol 競爭性阻斷 β₁ 受體後，可降低心跳速率、降低心肌收縮力、減慢房室結傳導。
