Ethambutol

乙胺丁醇

Mechanism of action:

Ethambutol 能抑制結核分枝桿菌的阿拉伯糖基轉移酶（arabinosyl transferase），阻止阿拉伯糖（arabinose）加入細胞壁多醣中，使細胞壁結構變得不完整、不穩定。
