Ethinylestradiol

炔雌醇

Mechanism of action:

Ethinylestradiol 是一種雌二醇（estradiol）的 C17 位引入乙炔基（ethinyl group）的化合物。Ethinylestradiol 可穿過細胞膜，與細胞內雌激素受體（estrogen receptor）結合，形成配體-受體複合體後進入細胞核，與 DNA 上的雌激素反應元件（estrogen response elements）結合，調控與生殖、內分泌與代謝等雌激素相關的基因轉錄。
