乙琥胺
Mechanism of action:
Ethosuximide 是一種丁二醯亞胺類（succinimide）衍生物。Ethosuximide 能在視丘神經元抑制 T 型鈣離子通道（T-type Ca²⁺ channels），降低視丘神經元產生節律性爆發放電（burst firing）的能力。
