Etodolac

Mechanism of action:

Etodolac 是一種相對選擇性 COX-2 抑制劑。Etodolac 能抑制環氧化酶（cyclooxygenase，COX）的活性，特別是 COX-2，阻止前列腺素（prostaglandin）的合成，從而降低與發炎反應及痛覺敏化相關的前列腺素訊號。
