Etoposide

依託泊苷

Mechanism of action:

Etoposide 是一種拓樸異構酶 II 抑制劑（topoisomerase II inhibitor）。正常情況下，拓樸異構酶 II 會暫時造成 DNA 雙股斷裂，再迅速重新接合，以解除 DNA 超螺旋。Etoposide 會穩定 DNA 已被切斷但尚未重新接合的狀態，阻止 DNA 再接合，使 DNA 雙股斷裂累積並增加細胞修復壓力，導致細胞週期停滯與凋亡。
