Etoricoxib

Mechanism of action:

Etoricoxib 是一種選擇性環氧化酶-2 抑制劑（selective COX-2 inhibitor）。Etoricoxib 主要抑制環氧化酶-2（cyclooxygenase-2，COX-2）將花生四烯酸（arachidonic acid）轉化為前列腺素（prostaglandin），降低與發炎、疼痛敏化與發燒反應相關的前列腺素訊號傳遞。
