Mechanism of action:

Etravirine 是一種非核苷類反轉錄酶抑制劑（non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor）。Etravirine 會結合在病毒反轉錄酶的疏水性變構位點，降低反轉錄酶的活性，使病毒反轉錄效率下降。
