Febuxostat

非布司他

Mechanism of action:

Febuxostat 是一種黃嘌呤氧化酶抑制劑（xanthine oxidase inhibitor）。Febuxostat 能抑制黃嘌呤氧化酶的活性，讓次黃嘌呤（hypoxanthine）氧化為黃嘌呤（xanthine）以及黃嘌呤進一步氧化為尿酸（uric acid）的過程受到抑制，減少尿酸結晶沉積。
