Fenoldopam

非諾多泮

Mechanism of action:

Fenoldopam 是一種選擇性多巴胺 D₁ 受體促效劑（selective dopamine D₁ receptor agonist）。Fenoldopam 會活化血管平滑肌的 D₁ 受體，D₁ 受體屬於 Gs 蛋白偶聯受體，活化後使 cAMP 上升，造成血管平滑肌鬆弛，尤其是在腎臟、腸系膜、冠狀動脈與週邊血管。
