Fenoterol

Mechanism of action:

Fenoterol 是一種 β₂ 腎上腺素受體促效劑（short-acting β₂-adrenergic agonist）。Fenoterol 能活化支氣管平滑肌的 β₂ 腎上腺素受體，促進腺苷酸環化酶（adenylyl cyclase）活性上升，使細胞內 cAMP 濃度增加，導致支氣管平滑肌放鬆。
