Mechanism of action:
Fexofenadine 是一種第二代 H₁ 受體拮抗劑（H₁ receptor antagonist）。Fexofenadine 透過選擇性拮抗週邊 H₁ 組織胺受體，抑制組織胺所引發的過敏反應，降低血管通透性、抑制神經刺激、降低過敏反應相關的生理反應等。
