Fidaxomicin

非達黴素

Mechanism of action:

Fidaxomicin 是一種巨環內酯類抗生素（macrocyclic antibiotic）。Fidaxomicin 會結合於細菌的 RNA 聚合酶，阻止其與 DNA 啟動子形成穩定的起始複合體（open complex），抑制細菌 RNA 的生成。
