Filgrastim

Mechanism of action:

Filgrastim 是一種重組人類顆粒性白血球刺激因子（recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor），屬於造血生長因子（hematopoietic growth factor）。當 filgrastim 與顆粒性白血球刺激因子（G-CSF）的受體（多位於嗜中性白血球）結合後，會活化細胞內訊息傳遞路徑，包括 JAK-STAT、MAPK、PI3K-AKT 等，促進嗜中性白血球前驅細胞的增殖與分化。
