Fluoxetine

氟西汀

Mechanism of action:

Fluoxetine 是一種選擇性血清素再回收抑制劑（selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor），屬於苯丙胺類（phenylpropylamine）衍生物。Fluoxetine 會結合並抑制突觸前神經元膜上的血清素轉運蛋白（serotonin transporter），阻止血清素被再吸收回神經元內，使突觸間隙中的血清素濃度上升，並延長其對突觸後 5-HT 受體的作用時間。
