Fluvoxamine

氟伏沙明

Mechanism of action:

Fluvoxamine 是一種選擇性血清素再回收抑制劑（selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor），屬於芳氧基烷基胺類（aryloxyalkylamine）衍生物。Fluvoxamine 會結合突觸前神經元膜上的血清素轉運蛋白（serotonin transporter），阻止血清素（5-HT）被再吸收回神經元內，使突觸間隙中血清素濃度上升，增強並延長其對突觸後 5-HT 受體的作用，進而調節與憂鬱、強迫與焦慮相關的中樞神經傳導路徑。
