Follitropin alfa

Follitropin alfa 是一種重組人類濾泡刺激素（recombinant human follicle-stimulating hormone）。當 follitropin alfa 與卵巢或睪丸中的促卵泡激素受體（follicle-stimulating hormone receptor）結合後，啟動 Gs 蛋白，活化腺苷酸環化酶（adenylate cyclase），使 cAMP 上升，促進與生殖細胞發育相關的訊號與基因表達。
