Fondaparinux

Mechanism of action:
Fondaparinux 是一種合成五醣類（synthetic pentasaccharide）。Fondaparinux 與抗凝血酶（antithrombin；舊稱 antithrombin III）結合後，會使抗凝血酶的構形改變，顯著增強其對凝血因子 Xa（factor Xa）的抑制能力，阻止凝血酶原（prothrombin）轉變成凝血酶（thrombin），進而降低凝血酶生成並抑制血栓形成與擴大。
