Formoterol

Mechanism of action:
Formoterol 是一種 β₂-腎上腺素受體促效劑（long-acting β₂-adrenergic agonist）。Formoterol 會和呼吸道平滑肌上的 β₂-腎上腺素受體結合，透過 Gs 蛋白活化腺苷酸環化酶（adenylyl cyclase），使 cAMP 上升，導致呼吸道平滑肌放鬆，進而增加呼吸道管徑並降低氣流阻力。
