膦甲酸
Mechanism of action:
Foscarnet 是一種無機焦磷酸(inorganic pyrophosphate)類似物。Foscarnet 會直接結合於病毒 DNA 聚合酶上的焦磷酸(pyrophosphate)結合位點,競爭性阻斷 DNA 合成時焦磷酸從去氧核苷三磷酸(dNTP)釋放的步驟,使病毒 DNA 合成被中斷。
