Foscarnet

膦甲酸

Mechanism of action:

Foscarnet 是一種無機焦磷酸（inorganic pyrophosphate）類似物。Foscarnet 會直接結合於病毒 DNA 聚合酶上的焦磷酸（pyrophosphate）結合位點，競爭性阻斷 DNA 合成時焦磷酸從去氧核苷三磷酸（dNTP）釋放的步驟，使病毒 DNA 合成被中斷。
