加巴噴丁
Mechanism of action:
Gabapentin 是一種 γ-胺基丁酸(GABA)結構類似物。Gabapentin 會高親和力結合於電壓門控鈣離子通道(voltage-gated Ca²⁺ channel)的 α₂δ-1 與 α₂δ-2 亞基。這些亞基主要存在於 中樞與週邊神經的突觸前神經元。當神經元去極化時,gabapentin 會降低鈣離子經鈣離子通道進入細胞的量,抑制神經傳導物質釋放,降低神經元過度放電與痛覺相關訊號的突觸傳遞。
