Ganciclovir

更昔洛韋

Mechanism of action:

Ganciclovir 是一種鳥苷核苷（guanosine nucleoside）類似物。Ganciclovir 會被病毒的 UL97 蛋白激酶磷酸化為 ganciclovir monophosphate，接著由宿主細胞的激酶轉化為活性型態的 ganciclovir triphosphate。Ganciclovir triphosphate 能競爭性抑制病毒 DNA 聚合酶，會被摻入病毒 DNA 中，導致 DNA 合成受阻，使病毒無法完成 DNA 複製。
