Gemfibrozil

Mechanism of action:

Gemfibrozil 是一種纖維酸衍生物（fibrate）。Gemfibrozil 會和 PPAR-α 結合，調控多種與脂質代謝相關的基因轉錄。提升脂蛋白解脂酶（lipoprotein lipase）表達量，加速極低密度脂蛋白（VLDL）與乳糜微粒中三酸甘油脂的分解。
