Gemtuzumab ozogamicin
吉妥單抗
Mechanism of action:
Gemtuzumab ozogamicin 是一種抗體-藥物複合體（antibody-drug conjugate），屬於抗 CD33 單株抗體結合細胞毒性藥物。當 gemtuzumab ozogamicin 與白血病細胞表面的 CD33 結合後，整個複合體會被細胞吞入細胞內，釋放細胞毒性藥物卡奇黴素（calicheamicin）。Calicheamicin 會與 DNA 結合，引發 DNA 雙股斷裂，最後導致白血病細胞凋亡。
