Golimumab

戈利木單抗

Mechanism of action:

Golimumab 是一種專一性針對腫瘤壞死因子 α（tumor necrosis factor-α，TNF-α）的單株抗體。Golimumab 能與可溶型與膜結合型 TNF-α 結合，阻止 TNF-α 與其細胞表面受體 TNFR1 與 TNFR2 結合，進而抑制 TNF-α 介導的下游發炎訊號傳遞，降低促發炎細胞激素（如 IL-1、IL-6）、趨化因子與黏附分子的誘導表達。
