Griseofulvin

灰黃黴素

Mechanism of action:

Griseofulvin 對皮癬菌（dermatophytes）具有選擇性抑制作用。Griseofulvin 會與真菌細胞內的微管蛋白（tubulin）結合，抑制有絲分裂紡錘體（mitotic spindle）的形成，使真菌細胞停滯於有絲分裂的中期（metaphase），從而抑制真菌繁殖。
