Heparin

肝素

Mechanism of action:

Heparin 是一種硫酸化糖胺聚醣類(sulfated glycosaminoglycan)。Heparin 透過與抗凝血酶(antithrombin;舊稱 antithrombin III)結合並增強其活性,使其抑制凝血因子 Xa(factor Xa)及凝血酶(thrombin)的活性,進而阻止凝血酶原(prothrombin)轉變為凝血酶,減少纖維蛋白(fibrin)形成,降低血栓形成與擴大的風險。
