肼屈嗪
Mechanism of action:
Hydralazine 的明確機制還不清楚,但可能是透過影響平滑肌細胞內鈣離子動態(例如降低細胞內 Ca²⁺ 可用性,包含抑制 IP₃ 介導的鈣離子釋放等途徑),降低細胞質鈣離子濃度,使平滑肌無法有效收縮,導致血管擴張。
