Hydrocortisone

氫羥腎上腺皮質素

Mechanism of action:

Hydrocortisone 是一種糖皮質激素（glucocorticoid）。Hydrocortisone 可穿越細胞膜，與細胞質中的糖皮質激素受體（glucocorticoid receptor）結合，形成複合體後進入細胞核，上調抗發炎基因（如 annexin A1）的表達；抑制促發炎基因（如 IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α、COX-2）的表達。
