Hydroquinone

對苯二酚

Mechanism of action:

Hydroquinone 是一種酚類化合物（phenolic compound）。Hydroquinone 結構類似酪胺酸（tyrosine）的代謝中間物，可抑制酪胺酸酶（tyrosinase）活性並干擾黑色素合成途徑，阻斷酪胺酸轉化為 DOPA 與 DOPA-quinone，進而降低黑色素生成。
