Hydroxyzine
羥嗪
Mechanism of action:
Hydroxyzine 是一種第一代 H₁ 受體拮抗劑（H₁ receptor antagonist），屬於哌𠯤類（piperazine）衍生物。Hydroxyzine 可阻斷週邊與中樞神經系統的 H₁ 受體，抑制組織胺引起的血管擴張、血管通透性增加，降低組織胺介導的過敏與搔癢相關反應。Hydroxyzine 在中樞阻斷 H₁ 受體，與鎮靜、催眠與抗焦慮有關。
