Ibritumomab
替伊莫單抗
Mechanism of action:
Ibritumomab 是一種放射免疫治療用單株抗體（radioimmunotherapy monoclonal antibody），針對 CD20 作為抗原。抗體本身會與放射性同位素釔-90（Y-90）或銦-111（In-111）（臨床上常見為以 tiuxetan 作為螯合連接，Y-90 用於治療；In-111 常用於分佈評估/影像）螯合使用。Ibritumomab 可專一性結合於 B 細胞表面的 CD20 抗原，該抗原存在於成熟 B 細胞與多數 B 細胞淋巴瘤細胞上。當 ibritumomab 與帶有 CD20 的細胞結合後，會因抗體上螯合的放射性同位素引發細胞 DNA 雙股斷裂，以殺死癌細胞。
