Mechanism of action:
Ibuprofen 是一種丙酸類（propionic acid）衍生物。Ibuprofen 能抑制環氧化酶（cyclooxygenase），包含 COX-1 與 COX-2，阻止將花生四烯酸（arachidonic acid）轉換為前列腺素（prostaglandin），減少疼痛、發炎與發燒。
