Ibutilide
伊布利特
Mechanism of action:
Ibutilide 可增加心肌細胞再極化期間的內向鈉電流（late sodium current）成分，使後期正向電流增加，進而延長心肌動作電位持續時間，主要表現為再極化期（phase 3）延後。Ibutilide 亦可抑制快速延遲整流鉀電流（rapid delayed rectifier potassium current），減少鉀離子外流，進一步延長動作電位持續時間。
