Ibutilide

伊布利特

Mechanism of action:

Ibutilide 可增加心肌細胞再極化期間的內向鈉電流(late sodium current)成分,使後期正向電流增加,進而延長心肌動作電位持續時間,主要表現為再極化期(phase 3)延後。Ibutilide 亦可抑制快速延遲整流鉀電流(rapid delayed rectifier potassium current),減少鉀離子外流,進一步延長動作電位持續時間。
